Pravi se za manje od 10 minuta, u jednoj \u010diniji, bez mnogo truda i vremena. Zdravo, ukusno, brzo, lako, bez glutena\u2026 Kola\u010d kome ljubitelji maka ne\u0107e odoleti!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>200 g mlevenog maka<\/p>\n<p>1 ka\u0161i\u010dica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<\/p>\n<p>200 ml \u0161olja jogurta (posna verzija \u2013 koristite biljno mleko ili sojin jogurt)<\/p>\n<p>2 jaja (posna verzija \u2013 3 ka\u0161ike \u010dia semena)<\/p>\n<p>100 ml ulja (suncokretovo, maslinovo, kokosovo \u2013 po izboru)<\/p>\n<p>150 ml meda (zamen \u2013 brezin \u0161e\u0107er, agavin sirup, agavin se\u0107er)<\/p>\n<p>2 srednje sla\u0111e jabuke \u2013 olju\u0161titi i narendati<\/p>\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uklju\u010dite rernu da se zagreje na 180 stepeni (bez ventilatora). Posudu u kojoj \u0107ete pe\u0107i kola\u010d oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/p>\n<p>U jednoj \u010diniji umutite sve vla\u017ene sastojke: jaja, jogurt, med, ulje. Dodajte mak koji ste prethodno pome\u0161ali sa pra\u0161kom za pecivo. Lepo sve ume\u0161ajte pa u tu smesu direktno narendajte jabuke. Izlijte smesu u posudu koju ste pripremili i pecite 45-55 minuta na 180 stepeni.<\/p>\n<p>Napomena: Vreme pe\u010denja zavisi\u0107e od va\u0161e rerne i dubine posude u kojoj pe\u010dete kola\u010d. Posle 30 minuta, proverite kakvo je stanje \u2013 ubodite \u010da\u010dkalicu u sredinu kola\u010da.
