Sjedinite u blenderu i izru\u010dite u kalup. \ud83e\udd17<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd36\ufe0f<strong>Fil:<\/strong><br \/>\n300g borovnice ili aronije, 25g \u0161e\u0107era i ka\u0161ika limunovog soka Kuvajte na tihoj vatri dok se \u0161e\u0107er ne otopi i borovnice ne omek\u0161aju. Ostavite da se ohlade i malo ih izblendirajte.<\/p>\n<p>Kada se ohladi, dodajte rastopljen \u017eelatin (10g \u017eelatina + 50ml hladne vode). Sjedinite sa borovnicom i ume\u0161ajte u slede\u0107u smesu: 450g maskarpone sira + 125g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu + 160ml slatke pavlake + ka\u0161ika ektrata vanile. Dobijen fil izru\u010dite u kalup preko biskvita i ostavite da se dobro ohladi. \ud83e\udd17<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd36\ufe0f<strong>Preliv:<\/strong><br \/>\nPreko ohladjenog kola\u010da dodajemo preliv: 7g \u017eelatina pome\u0161amo sa 35ml hladne vode i ostavimo da nabubri. 180g borovnice + 2 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era + 70ml vode kuvajte na blagoj temperaturi. Ostavite da se malo prohladi, a zatim dodajte \u017eelatin da se otopi u smesi sa borovnicama.
