{"id":1128,"date":"2025-04-02T11:04:50","date_gmt":"2025-04-02T10:04:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new.peptosoda.rs\/?p=1128"},"modified":"2025-04-03T13:03:28","modified_gmt":"2025-04-03T12:03:28","slug":"cokoladna-saksija","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.peptosoda.rs\/?p=1128","title":{"rendered":"\u010cokoladna saksija"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"content\" class=\"site-content\">\n<div class=\"wrap\">\n<div id=\"primary\" class=\"content-area\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<article id=\"post-2756\" class=\"post-2756 post type-post status-publish format-standard has-post-thumbnail hentry category-recepti\">\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p>Od sastojka vam je potrebno:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 g \u010dokolade<\/li>\n<li>Za punjenje:<\/li>\n<li>400 g kisele pavlake<\/li>\n<li>240 g slatke pavlake<\/li>\n<li>40 g bele \u010dokolade<\/li>\n<li>i jo\u0161\u2026<\/li>\n<li>100 g malina<\/li>\n<li>1\/5 limunovog soka<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gana\u017e:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>90 g \u010dokolade<\/li>\n<li>150 g slatke pavlake<\/li>\n<li>Zemlja:<\/li>\n<li>100 g putera<\/li>\n<li>90 g bademovog bra\u0161na<\/li>\n<li>30 g kakaa<\/li>\n<li>90 g \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li>90 g bra\u0161na<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Priprema:<br \/>\n\u010cokoladu istopiti na pari, te u kartonske \u010da\u0161e izliti \u010dokoladu, ravnomerno je rasporedite, kako ne bi<br \/>\nostajao nepotreban debeli sloj iste. Izlupkati \u010da\u0161u sa spoljne strane kako bi vi\u0161ak \u010dokolade iscureo.<br \/>\nOstavite u fri\u017eider da se stegne, dok pripremamo i ostale korake.<br \/>\nZa zemlju, vrlo jednostavno pome\u0161ati sve sastojke u jednoj \u010diniji i umesiti testo. Umotati u prozirnu<br \/>\nfoliju i ostavi u zamrziva\u010d na oko pola sata.<br \/>\nBelu \u010dokoladu istopiti, te je pome\u0161ati sa kiselom pavlakom. Kada se fino sjedine ova dva sastojka,<br \/>\ndodati i slatku pavlaku te umutiti sve zajedno.<br \/>\nSlatku pavlaku koja je odvojena za gana\u017e zagrejati te preliti preko \u010dokolade. Povezati sastojke uz<br \/>\npomo\u0107 \u017eice ili marise.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cokoladnu zemlju, narendati na pek papir i pe\u0107i u rerni na 180 stepeni cca 15 minuta. Kada se<br \/>\nprohladio krambl, potrebno ga je jo\u0161 usitniti u secku ili uz pomo\u0107 oklagije.<br \/>\nFinalizacija desserta \u2013 odvojimo \u010da\u0161u od \u010dokoladnog dela, bez mnogo zadr\u017eavanja u ruci, kako se<br \/>\ndodatno ne bi zagrevala \u010dokolada i po\u010dela topiti.<\/p>\n<p>Polovinu saksije napunimo musom, potom stavimo ka\u0161i\u010dicu gana\u017ea, maline 3-4 komada, mus<br \/>\nstavljamo do vrha i zavr\u0161avamo sa \u010dokoladnom zemljom. Kako bi to sve izgledalo kao prava biljka,<br \/>\ndodati jestivo cve\u0107e i mentu za kraj.
